Returns and Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing the order. After 1 day, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Please cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation through the website will not be allowed.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected products. Details are mentioned on the product page. The return policy may change without prior notice.

2. If pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

3. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

4. Exchange requests are subject to product inspection. Please ensure that the product is checked thoroughly:

   • If the product is found to be in proper condition, the exchange will be processed.

   • If the product is damaged or used, the exchange will not be allowed.

5. For exchanges, contact our support team directly for assistance.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

   • Mismatch in quality, size, color, or design.

   • Missing, wrong, or damaged items in combo orders.

2. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the product is picked up, using the same payment method.

Important Notes for Return & Exchange

• Products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• Original packaging and tags must be intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Return/Exchange requests made after the return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.

• Exchange requests must be thoroughly checked before processing.
